Bradley Dean Thompson, “Taku’na’ed Ayu’stan’sni” (Leaves Nothing Behind) 40 of St. Michael, ND passed away on Sunday, July 10, 2011 at Altru Hospital, Grand Forks with loving family at his side.
The Wake for Bradley will be held at the Tekekwitha Center, St. Michael will be held on Wednesday, July 13, 2011 beginning at 5:00 p.m. The procession to St. Michael will leave on Wednesday at 4:00 p.m. from Wal-Mart.
Funeral Services for Bradley will be held at the Native American Church Cemetery, rural St. Michael on Thursday, July 14th at 10:00 a.m.
Serving as Active Pallbearers for Bradley will be Gerard Thompson Sr., Ambrose Thompson Jr., Myron Harrison Sr., Raymond Thompson, Gabriel Longtail, Gilbert Longtail, Anthony Chaske, Ivan Lovejoy Sr., Wesley Bird Horse Sr. and Terry Dunn.

Bradley Dean Thompson was born the youngest son of Ambrose A. & Irene (McKay) Thompson on May 8th, 1971 in Devils Lake.
Bradley attended Four Winds School from grade school through high school, he graduated in 1991. Bradley worked at the Fort Totten Fire Department for a couple of years. He also worked at Spirit Lake Casino. Bradley was a jack of all trades. He enjoyed working on cars, fixing things around the house and going fishing. Bradley was a powwow singer; he enjoyed setting up and singing with his brothers at various powwows and gatherings. He was also a gifted hand-drum maker. He enjoyed crafting & beading.
Bradley met the love of his life, Monica Ann in 1994. They were united in marriage January 1st, 2006. Bradley was a very quiet and friendly person and always willing to help where needed. He loved to spend time with his grandchildren; he always put a smile on their faces, he never turned anyone down who needed his help. Bradley was a good decent man and will be deeply missed by all of his family, grandchildren and friends. We will forever hold our precious memories of him and he will never be forgotten.
