HONOR MCKENNEDY ROOFWALKER

Honor McKennedy Roofwalker, “Wanbdi ?iyan ?ici” (Flys with Eagles) infant son of Reign and Pretty Deer Roofwalker of Fargo ND was born and died on Sunday, October 23, 2011 at Sanford Health Center, Fargo. Mass of the Angels will be celebrated on Friday, November 18, 2011 at 4:00 p.m. at St. Michael’s Catholic Church, St. Michael ND with visitation at the church beginning at 3:00 p.m. A procession to St. Michael will leave on Friday at 2:30 p.m. from the Gilbertson Funeral Home, Devils Lake. Honor will be laid to rest in St. Jerome’s Catholic Cemetery, rural Fort Totten. Serving as Casket Bearers for Honor will be his brothers, Tupac and Joe Roofwalker. Honorary Bearers will be brothers Zac Littlewind, Winter Old Rock Jr., Nupah Old Rock and Tim McKay. Our precious child is survived by his loving family. His parents Reign Roofwalker and Pretty Deer Old Rock of Fargo; brothers Tupac Roofwalker and Joe Roofwalker; sisters Pretty Deer Roofwalker and Aaliyah Roofwalker; paternal grandmother Camilla Smith of Lakota ND; many aunts, uncles and cousins. Honor was preceded in death by his maternal grandparents Irene Yankton and Leonard Old Rock; paternal grandfather Tim McKay Sr. and aunt Starr Martin.
