DEBRA KAY ANDERSON-DOGSKIN

Debra Kay Anderson-Dogskin, our beautiful baby angel went to Heaven on July 7, 2012 at her home in St. Michael, North Dakota. She was 2 ½ months old. Visitation for Debra will be held on Friday, July 13th at St. Michael’s Catholic Church, St. Michael, ND from 5:00 p.m. until 10:00 p.m. The Mass for Debra will be on Saturday at 11:00 a.m. also at the church. Fr. Moen will celebrate the Mass and burial will be alongside her grandmother, Sherry Anderson in St. Michael’s Catholic Cemetery. The procession to St. Michael will leave from the Spirit Lake Casino and Resort at 4:30 p.m. on Friday. Debra Kay was born on April 24, 2012 in Devils Lake, ND and was an enrolled member of the Spirit Lake Tribe. Even though Debra’s life was short here on earth, she surely touched the hearts of many people. She is now in the loving arms of Jesus, grandmother, Sherry Anderson and her brother Mason Dogskin. Debra Kay is survived by her parents: Rainie Anderson and Shawn Dogskin Brother: Marcus Dogskin; sisters Kateri, Kalista, Jaidelynn, Katlynn and Sherry Lynn Dogskin; great grandmother Irene Littlewind; great grandfather Verol Greywater; grandparents Volante Littlewind, Donelda Littlewind, Gaylene Littlewind, Raybert “Rocky” Littlewind, Melody Christianson, Loreen “Wiggs” Anderson, Debra (William) Cavanaugh, Rena (Bob) Skaro, Patricia Anderson, John (Lila) Anderson, Chris J. Anderson, Blaine Anderson, Dallas Littlewind, Harland Littlewind Sr., Newlyn Littlewind, Delemma Greywater and Waylon Littlewind; uncle Darren Strouse; auntie Jennifer Strouse; special cousins Jaeleigh “Tasty” Strouse and Jazzlynn Strouse and many other dear aunts, uncles and cousins. (If the Harland Littlewind listed is Danyell’s husband this is the spelling we used on her folder her son’s name was spelled Harlan????) Debra Kay was preceded in death by her brother Mason Dogskin; grandma Sherry Anderson; great grandparents John and Delores Anderson and John Littlewind Sr.; aunts Sharon Anderson, Tracey Anderson, Maureen Fournier, Sandra Littlewind and Danyell Faye Littlewind; uncle John Littlewind Jr.; cousins Sydney Strouse-Lovejoy, Heidi Anderson, Amie Anderson and Chris Cavanaugh Sr. Active Pallbearers for Debra will be Darren Strouse, Robert Littlewind, Bailee Longie, Isaiah Strouse and Abreanna Christianson. Honorary Bearers will be all family and friends. Music will be provided by Tony and Vina McDonald and all drum groups are welcome to share their songs in memory of Debra Kay.
