Delores Irene Toso Anderson Doyle 82, Devils Lake died Wednesday, February 13, 2013 at Mercy Hospital. Funeral Services for Delores will be held on Tuesday, February 19, 2013 at 2:00 p.m. at the Gilbertson Funeral Home, Devils Lake. Friends may call at the Gilbertson Funeral Home on Tuesday from 9:00 a.m. until time of service. Burial will be at a later date in the Vasa Cemetery, rural Esmond. She was born January 1, 1931 in Maddock, ND the daughter of Clarence and Tillie (Olson) Toso. She was educated at Isabel, NewRockford and Oberon Schools. She married Irvin (Andy) Anderson April 3, 1947 at Oberon, ND. They had 4 children; Debra Kay was stillborn, Mark died in a car accident in 2001, Steven and Darren. They divorced in 1979. She married Larry Doyle June 7, 1979 and divorced. Delores loved playing Bingo, watching Jeopardy, golf and bowling. She and Irvin were on a bowling league for many years. She worked at the Eagles for many years. She worked in the Laundry at Heartland Care for 15 years. She was a member of St. Olaf Lutheran Church. She was a resident at Heartland Care since October 18, 2008. He is survived by 2 sons: Steven (Sonia) Anderson of Germany and Darren Anderson of Devils Lake; daughter-in-law Debbie Anderson of Edmore; six grandchildren Beth Anderson, Chris (Jacquline) Anderson, Alicia (Bert) Jordan, Shawn (Emily) Anderson, Melissa Anderson and Nicholas Anderson; one great grandson Marcus Jordan; brothers Marvin (Carol) Olson, Stanley (Martha) Toso, LeRoy (JoAnn) Toso, Darrell (Wanda) Toso, Clarence (Linda) Toso Jr.; sisters Loraine (Torsten) Olsson, Shirley (Louis) Freeman Jr., Joan (Murrell) Nelson and Sandra (Gary) Sears and many cousins, nieces and nephews. Preceded in death by her parents; daughter Debra; son Mark Anderson; brothers Roger, Sherman, Eugene and sister Gloria Micka.
