Zephren Lane Jetty
Our beloved grandson, nephew, cousin and dear friend Zephren Lane, “Chaske' Isan Tanka” (Oldest Boy who carries a big sword) began his earthly journey on December 4, 1992 at Grand Forks, ND, son of Laura Jetty, began his journey to the Spirit World on March 15, 2014 at Devils Lake, ND.
Zephren attended elementary school in Sheyenne, Fort Totten and Devils Lake. He graduated from Warwick High School, May of 2011. Throughout his younger years, he and his Mom traveled to pow-wows, mud-runs, rodeos, basketball and football games. He loved family events and holidays. He looked forward to all of our special gatherings; hunting, fishing, riding horse, working cows, riding 4-wheeler, snowmobiling, spending quality time and making memories with his Papa Boy, Uncles (Dads), R.J., Dusty and Jesse. His family was very important to him. He was always listening to music, watching TV or cruising around with his cousins Krista, Trista, Kiana, Callaway and Austin.
Zeph was such a respectful, kind-hearted, helpful, thoughtful, caring, gentle, hardworking, full of life and everyone’s right-hand man. He was ready and willing to help anyone in a heartbeat.
His priority in life was caring for his loving Mom who left us June 17th, 2011. His world was shattered that day. Now he is reunited in Heaven with his beautiful Mom. We are comforted knowing that he is in her loving arms.
Though we are deeply saddened, we will never forget his awesome smile, warm personality and gentle ways.
Zephren is survived by his loving family.
