He worked for the Curtis Candy Company (home of the Babe Ruth and Butterfinger candy bars) for many years and was always involved in training and keeping up with all the advancements of A I Breeding. He retired in 2001. As Glenn’s eyesight failed and other health problems occurred he moved into his daughter’s home and remained there to just a few months before his death. Glenn enjoyed membership in the Odd Fellows and was a life member of the Knights of Columbus. He loved gardening, and he and Jeannette had a greenhouse on the farm. He also enjoyed doing latch hook.
