SHYRA MAE BUCKLES

Shyra Mae Buckles, newborn daughter of Shirlene Feather and Michael Buckles of Fort Totten, ND passed away on Tuesday, July 2, 2014 at Mercy Hospital. Family and friends will have time with Shyra on Tuesday, July 8, 2014 at Seven Dolors Catholic Church, Fort Totten, ND beginning at 9:00 a.m. with a Mass of the Angels at 11:00 a.m. also at Seven Dolors Catholic Church. Fr. Charles Leute OP will celebrate the Mass and Shyra will be laid to rest at St. Jerome’s Catholic Cemetery, rural Fort Totten. A procession to Fort Totten will leave from the Gilbertson Funeral Home, Devils Lake on Tuesday at 8:30 a.m. Pallbearers for Shyra will be her four sisters, Shirissa, Michaela, Shylene and Michalene Buckles. Honorary Bearers will be all of Shyra’s aunts, uncles and cousins. As Shyra’s family, we were blessed with a few precious hours of time to share our love for this beloved gift from God. Shyra’s loving family include her parents, Shirlene and Michael of Fort Totten; four sisters, Shirissa, Michaela, Shylene and Michalene Buckles; two brothers, Mikah Buckles and Michael Thomas Smith; aunts, Shannon Buckles, Jessica Buckles and Sharon Feather; uncles, Stacy Feather Jr., Calvin Feather, Sheldon Dogskin, Wayne Buckles, Jeremy Buckles and Mitchell Buckles; maternal grandparents, Catherine and Mike TwoHearts; paternal grandparents, Raymond and Maxine Buckles; great grandmothers, Mary Jo Greywater, Helena Littleghost, Cora Iceman, Elizabeth Littleghost, Pauline Greywater and Elaine Robertson; others grandparents, Jerome TwoHearts, Mike TwoHearts Jr., Francis TwoHearts, Cletus TwoHearts, Bernard TwoHearts, Isaac TwoHearts, John Knutson, Anna Woods, Patty TwoHearts, Becky TwoHearts, Carol WalkingEagle, Lavern Feather Bear, Lila Anderson, Marilyn Knutson, Marcella Knutson, Kim Knutson and Michelle Knutson and many cousins.
