Malachi George Dunn was born on March 5, 2013, in Dickinson, North Dakota, precious son of Darika Dunn and Royce McKay. He spent his first months in Fort Totten, ND with his favorite aunt, Jackie Hunt, cousin Latrice Hunt, Joel Dunn and children. While in their care he had his first learning experiences at Sacred Children’s Place at Cankdeska Cikana Community College with his teachers, Celeste Herman and staff. He also attended Spirit Lake Head Start. He really enjoyed waking up for school. He was always happy, coming home with lots of artwork he did.
In the summer, Malichi cruzed daily with Mom and Dad in his little red car. He always had his snacks packed in the trunk of his car. He played in the dirt with his trucks with his brothers and friends and also rolled and kicked balls in the grass.
In his short precious life, he touched the hearts of so many and was that bright shining star in our lives.
