Steven Wesley Brown, 54 of Moorhead, MN formerly of St. Michael, ND passed away on Wednesday, March 11, 2015 at his home.
Mass of the Resurrection will be held on Saturday, March 21, 2015 at 10:00 a.m. at St. Michael’s Catholic Church with Father Paul Schuster celebrating the Mass. Wesley will be laid to rest in St. Michael’s Cemetery.
Visitation will be held at St. Michael’s Catholic Church on Friday, March 20th from 5:00 p.m. until 10:00 p.m. with a Rosary and Scripture Service in the evening. The procession to St. Michael will leave on Friday at 4:30 p.m. from the former WalMart.
Steven Wesley was born November 3, 1960 in Devils Lake, ND. He is the son of Steven Longie and Marie Brown. He was raised by his foster parents Frank and Algenia Jetty in Tokio and attended school in Warwick, ND.
He moved to Moorhead, MN and had resided there for the last 25 years. He had many friends in Moorhead that he considered family. Wesley was known as “Cizan” (His Grandfather John Longie’s name) by his family. He enjoyed spending time talking on the phone with his family and friends. Wes was a very kind and thoughtful person and was good to all who know him. Wesley “Cizan” will be greatly missed.

He was preceded in death by his parents, foster parents, one brother, several foster brothers and sisters, one nephew, several aunts, uncles and cousins.
