Kenneth “Kenny” J. DuBois, 65 of Devils Lake, ND passed away on Thursday, October 29, 2015 at Altru Hospital, Grand Forks. Kenneth Joseph, son of Wilford and Meriza (Perrin) DuBois was born on January 14, 1950 at Altona, Manitoba, Canada. He was reared and educated in Walhalla, ND graduating from Walhalla High School. Kenny was united in marriage to Paula Kramer on September 4, 1971 at Walhalla. The made their home there until 1976 when they and their 4 year old daughter, Anne moved to Devils Lake and made their home through the years. For over 35 years, Kenny was a faithful employee of Lake Region State College, working in the Maintenance Department. Kenny loved classic cars, trains, anything with wheels. He was a “jack of all trades” and “handyman” and could fix anything. He was a quiet, gentle man who loved his family, trusted his God and enjoyed the company of his dear friends and relatives. Kenny is survived by his wife Paula; daughter Anne DuBois and her special friend Patrick Smith of Badger, MN; brother Lawrence D. DuBois and his wife Cindy, Cavalier, ND; sister Sharon Domier, Mayville, ND; brothers-in-law and sister-in-law Dennis and Tracy Kramer, Apple Valley, MN and Tracy Kramer, Gwinner, ND; one uncle Arthur Perrin of Red Deer, Alberta; family member Gwen Kramer of Walhalla; several beloved nieces, nephews and cousins including Jessica Aasved, Woodbury, MN. He was preceded in death by his parents and in-laws Kenneth and Pearl (Boyer) Kramer. Kenny requested no service. He will be buried in St. Boniface Cemetery in Walhalla, ND.
