Raymond Joseph was born on August 29, 1993 at Grand Forks, ND the son of Robert and Christine Richotte. Raymond was named after his “Very Special” uncle, Raymond Joseph Richotte. Raymond had just graduated 8th grade from Warwick Public School. He enjoyed fishing, hunting, swimming, listening to pow-wow music and playing basketball.
