Beatrice B. Lindseth, 97 of Devils Lake, ND formerly of Hampden, ND died on Wednesday afternoon, March 23, 2005 at the Good Samaritan Center, Devils Lake.
Funeral Services for Beatrice will be held on Monday, March 28, 2005 at 1:00 p.m. at the Gilbertson Funeral Home Chapel, Devils Lake. Rev. Craig Wentzel will officiate and burial will be in the Alsen Cemetery in the spring
Friends may call at the Gilbertson Funeral Home on Sunday from 5:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. and on Monday from 9:00 a.m. until time of service.
Serving as Honorary Pallbearers will be Bernhard Pollestad, Jr, Kenneth Pollestad, Patrick Rubbelke, Roman Rubbelke, Duane Rubbelki and Kevin Yali.
Music will be provided by Patty Cote.
Beatrice B. Foard was born on October 28, 1907, in Cavalier County, near Weaver, North Dakota the daughter of James and Mary Ann (Motz) Foard. She attended elementary school at Weaver and moved to Black Falls, Alberta, Canada where she attended and graduated from high school. She was employed with the Canadian Bell Telephone Company for a time and in 1935 she returned to the Weaver community. On September 21, 1942, Beatrice was united in marriage to Knute Lindseth at Starkweather, ND. Following their marriage, they farmed in the Hampden area until retiring in 1967. While farming, they spent many winters in California and Arizona. When they retired in 1967 they purchased a home in Mesa, Arizona and made their home there through the years. Mr. Lindseth died on June 17, 1985. In 1988, Beatrice returned to North Dakota and made her home in Devils Lake. Beatrice was a member of the United Methodist Church.

Sisters: Helen Crary of Fargo, ND
Louise Rubbelke of Brainerd, Minnesota
Several Nieces and Nephews also survive.
Preceded in death by her parents; husband, Knute; brother, James Foard; sister, Hazel Goodwin.
