Aaron Miles Zimmerman, 20 of Devils Lake, ND died on Sunday, October 23, 2005 in Devils Lake.
Funeral Services for Aaron will be held on Saturday, October 29, 2005 at 2:00 p.m. at the First Baptist Church, Devils Lake. Rev. John Wisinger will officiate and burial will be in the Devils Lake Cemetery.
Friends may call at the Gilbertson Funeral Home, Devils Lake on Friday from 9:00 a.m. until 5:00 p.m. and Saturday from 9:00 a.m. until 11:00 a.m. and at the church one hour prior to the funeral service.
Serving as Casket Bearers will be Candi, Anthony, Allen, Adam, Andrew and Alex Zimmerman and Erik Locken
Honorary Casket Bearers will be: Jason Heupel and William Hooey.
Aaron Miles Zimmerman was born on December 28, 1984 at Mercy Hospital, Devils Lake, ND, the son of Roger and Susan (Gillin) Zimmerman. He attended Prairie View Elementary School, Central Middle School and Devils Lake High School. He worked for a time for Kevin Frith and at McDonald’s and most recently was employed with Dakota Tree Service.
Aaron had many hobbies and special interests including building model cars, collecting Dale Earnhardt Sr. memorabilia and a NASCAR racing fan, especially Jimmie Johnson in car #48. He was an outdoorsman who loved deer and water fowl hunting.
Above all Aaron was a beloved son, brother, grandson, uncle, nephew and dear friend.

He was preceded in death by his grandparents, William and Anna Zimmerman and Marion Shriver and great grandparents, Bill and Bonita Gillin.
