Inez M. Wolf, 98 of Bismarck, formerly of the Hampden area died on Wednesday, April 29, 2009 at the Missouri Slope Lutheran Care Center, Bismarck.
Funeral Services for Inez will be held on Monday, May 4, 2009 at 2:00 p.m. at Zoar Free Lutheran Church, Hampden. Rev. Craig Wetzel will officiate and burial will be in the Storlie Cemetery, rural Hampden.
Visitation will be held at the Gilbertson Funeral Home, Devils Lake on Sunday from 1:00 p.m. until 6:00 p.m. Visitation on Monday will be at the church one hour prior to the funeral service.
Serving as Casket Bearers will be Kevin, David, Bruce, Dale, Dean and Doug Wolf.
Music will be provided by Bruce, Doug and Danielle Wolf, vocalists and Alice Damschen, pianist.
Inez Mabel Elftman was born on March 15, 1911 at rural Hampden, to Gustave and Amelia (Werner) Elftman. She attended school in the Hampden area. On September 18, 1929, Inez married Leroy Donald Wolf at Devils Lake. They farmed in the Hampden area, and continued to live on the family farm after retirement. After Leroy died on January 30, 1984, Inez moved to Starkweather, ND where she lived until she moved to Bismarck in 1995. She has resided at the Missouri Slope Lutheran Care Center since January of 2007.
Inez is survived by her loving grandchildren, Karen (John) Bjorgo, Marvin (Terri) Wolf, Bruce Wolf, Kevin (Donna) Wolf, David Wolf and fiancée, Karen, Dale (Beth) Wolf, Dean (Debbie) Wolf, Brenda (Steve) Duethman and Jana (Corey) Hagel;
Seventeen Great Grandchildren;
Seven Great Great Grandchildren;
Daughters-In-Law, Betty Wolf and Joanne Wolf;sister, Sadie Lick of Blaine, Minnesota
Inez was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Leroy; her sons, Marvin Wolf and Donald Wolf; sisters, Esther, Lily, Grace, Edna and Irene and brothers, Ervin, Clarence and Delbert.
