Tammy R. Fazekas-Gray, 45 of Devils Lake, ND died on Friday, December 23, 2005, rural Grand Forks, North Dakota.
Funeral Services for Tammy will be held on Thursday, December 29, 2005 at 1:00 p.m. at Gilbertson Funeral Home Chapel, Devils Lake. Rev. Rafe Allison, Pastor of Peace Lutheran Church will officiate and burial will be in the Devils Lake Cemetery.
Friends may call at the Gilbertson Funeral Home on Wednesday from 1:00 p.m. until 6:00 p.m. and on Thursday from 9:00 a.m. until time of service.
Serving as Casket Bearers for Tammy will be her nephews, Nathan, Bryce, Joshua and Jeremy Fazekas and friends, Kevin Spencer and Darren Klinger.
Tammy Renae Fazekas was born on June 26, 1960 at Devils Lake, North Dakota the daughter of George and Hilma (Berg) Fazekas. She was reared and educated in Cando and graduated from Cando High School in the class of 1978. Tammy worked as a CNA for many years at the Heartland Care Center and also the Good Samaritan Center. She was at one time married to Dale Gray.
Tammy loved camping and fishing in the summertime and ice fishing in the winter. Tammy’s three boys and her loving family were her greatest joy. She will be so deeply missed by all of her dear family and friends.

She was preceded in death by her mother, Hilma; brother, Pepper Fazekas; grandparents, George and Mary Fazekas and Ray and Mabel Berg.
