Janay Anna Bellanger, “Nonokasse” (Wren), 20 day old infant daughter of Madeline Harrison and Jason Bellanger of St. Michael, ND died on Tuesday, March 17, 2009 at Altru Hospital, Grand Forks, ND.
A Wake Service for Janay will be held at St. Michael’s Recreation Center, St. Michael, ND on Friday, March 20, 2009 beginning at 6:00 p.m. The Funeral Service for Janay will be at the Recreation Center on Saturday at 1:00 p.m. with Gerard Thompson Sr. officiating. Burial will be in the Native American Church Cemetery, rural St. Michael.
The procession to St. Michael will leave from Wal-Mart on Friday at 5:00 p.m.
Serving as Casket Bearers for Janay will be Myron Harrison Sr., Delbert Harrison Sr., Paul Stech and Jesse Stech.
Honorary Bearers will be all of Janay’s relatives and all who knew and loved her.
Music will be provided by the Eagle Spirit Drum Group
Janay Anna Bellanger was born on February 25, 2009 at Devils Lake, ND to Jason Bellanger and Madeline Harrison of St. Michael.
