KIRA LYNN GORDON

Kira Lynn Gordon, 2 ½ month old daughter of Shannon M. Desjarlais and Brendan Gordon of Devils Lake passed away on Wednesday, March 11, 2009 at Mercy Hospital, Devils Lake. Funeral Services for Kira will be held at the Gilbertson Funeral Home Chapel, Devils Lake on Monday at 10:30 a.m. Fr. Charles Leute, O.P. will officiate and burial will be in St. Joseph’s Catholic Cemetery, Devils Lake. Serving as Casket Bearers for Kira will be Steve Gordon, Rick Desjarlais Gary Helfenstein and Randy Thomson. Kira was born on December 15, 2008 at Devils Lake. Though her time with us was brief, Kira has touched our hearts with a love that will remain in our memories forever. Kira is survived by her loving family. Her parents, Brendan and Shannon of Devils Lake. Half Sister: Jazmyn Van Steenvoort; Maternal Grandparents: Richard and Sonja Desjarlais of Devils Lake; Paternal Grandparents: Steve Gordon of Devils Lake Gary and Patricia (Rutten) Helfenstein of Philadelphia, Pennsylvania; Great Grandparents: Violet Fournier and Norbert Fournier of Fort Totten; Edgarlynn Gordon of Tucson, Arizona Uncles: Richard Desjarlais Jr. and Kirk Gordon both of Devils Lake Many Great Aunts and Great Uncles and Cousins also survive.
