Katrina Ann Rardon

Katrina Ann Rardon, 21 month old of Devils Lake, ND died on Friday, January 5, 2007 at Mercy Hospital. Funeral Services for Katrina will be held on Tuesday, January 9, 2007 at 2:00 p.m. at St. Olaf Lutheran Church, Devils Lake. Rev. Harold Ovre will officiate and burial will be in the Bethlehem Cemetery, McHenry, ND near her great grandparents. Visitation will be held at the Gilbertson Funeral Home, Devils Lake on Tuesday from 9:00 a.m. until 11:00 a.m. and at the church one hour prior to the funeral service. Serving as Casket Bearers for Katrina will be Darrick Reese, Dustin Reese, Daniel Reese and Jon Eversvik. Music will be provided by Carleen McCarthy, soloist and Lynda Pearson, organist Katrina Ann, the daughter of Karey Rardon was born on April 6, 2005 at Devils Lake, ND. She lived with her mother and close to family in Devils Lake. She was a fan of Dora the Explorer and loved Dora books, toys and clothes. She liked to play with her dolls and playing ball outside in the summer. She had become very fond of her grandmother’s Santa Claus and was happy when Grandma moved Santa in the house. She loved fish and had just gotten some “baby” gold fish to enjoy. She was a happy, friendly child who loved to talk with her family and special friend, Mae. Katrina was a happy, loving, always smiling, bright-eyed beautiful little girl who forever captured the hearts of all of her family. Katrina is survived by her loving family. Her mother, Karey Grandparents: Richard and Charlotte Rardon of Devils Lake Great Grandparents: Doris and Dwaine Rardon also of Devils Lake Aunts and Uncle: Kodey Rardon Kasey and Jesse Eversvik Cousin: Mae Eversvik Many Great Aunts, Great Uncles, Cousins and Friends also survive. She was preceded in death by her great grandparents, Charles and Betty Grafsgaard and aunt, Jeanie Rardon.
