Alanis Kinalynn Feather, Fort Totten, one year old daughter of Kelsey A. Feather and Alesia A. Shaw died on Thursday evening, August 17, 2006 as a result of injuries sustained in a motor vehicle accident.
Funeral Services for Alanis will be held on Wednesday, August 23, 2006 at 10:00 a.m. at the Fort Totten Recreation Center. Rev. Reuben G. Schnaidt will officiate and burial will be in St. Thomas Cemetery, rural Crow Hill, ND.
A Wake Service will be held at the Fort Totten Recreation Center on Tuesday evening beginning at 5:00 p.m. with a Prayer Service at 8:00 p.m. Music will be provided by Tony and Vina McDonald and the Rhythm Riders Drum Group.
The Procession to the Recreation Center will begin at 4:30 p.m. on Tuesday from the Wal-Mart Parking Lot.
Active Casket Bearers for Alanis will be Alfred Littlewind, Monte Fassett, William Herman, Sean Dauphinais, Jeremy Dauphinais and Cameron Feather
Honorary Pallbearers will be all of Alanis’ many special aunts, uncles, cousins, grandparents, great grandparents and the ones’ who knew and loved her dearly.
Alanis Kinalynn Feather was born on May 20, 2005 at Devils Lake, ND, the daughter of Alesia S. Shaw and Kelsey A. Feather. She lived with her family in Fort Totten.
The memory of her sparkling eyes and loving sweet smile will be with us forever.
