Eileen Christine (Miller) Wagner, 96 of Devils Lake, ND died on Thursday, September 20, 2007 at Heartland Care Center, Devils Lake.
Funeral Services for Eileen will be held on Thursday, September 27, 2007 at 2:00 p.m. at the Gilbertson Funeral Home Chapel, Devils Lake. Rev. Marvin Winstryg, Pastor, United Methodist Church, Devils Lake will officiate and burial will be in the Devils Lake Cemetery.
Friends may call at the Gilbertson Funeral Home on Wednesday from 9:00 a.m. until 4:00 p.m. and on Thursday from 9:00 a.m. until time of service.

Eileen was born on August 19, 1911 to Rasmus and Anna Marie (Ringstrom) Miller in Minnewaukan Township, Ramsey County, Devils Lake, ND. She attended cosmetology school in Minneapolis and moved to Wisconsin, then later to Chicago, Illinois. In Chicago, Eileen was employed as a male manicurist in several elite barber shops in the downtown area.
Eileen married William Wagner in Chicago on June 25, 1949. In 1953, they moved to Oklahoma City where they bought several older homes, renovated them and then rented them to people employed at Tinker Air Base. Upon retirement they lived in Albuquerque, New Mexico, San Diego, California and eventually back to Illinois. After Bill died, Eileen returned to Devils Lake making this her home through the years.
Eileen was an accomplished seamstress, painter, china painter and cosmetologist. She also was a very talented musician, playing both piano and organ.
Eileen is survived by her Sisters-In-Law: Adeline Miller and Ruby Miller both of Devils Lake
Many nieces, nephews and their families also survive.
She was preceded in death by her parents; husband, William; brothers, Harold, Howard and Kenneth Miller; sisters and brothers-in-law; Helen and Jesse Evans, Alice and William Brown and Marian and Wayne Smith.
