Dustin Anthony Dauphinais, 2 year old son of Pete Dauphinais Sr. and Kelsey Lohnes of St. Michael, ND died on Monday, October 11, 2010 at Mercy Hospital, Devils Lake. Mass of Christian Burial for Dustin will be held on Saturday, October 16, 2010 at 10:00 a.m. at St. Michael’s Catholic Church, St. Michael, ND. Fr. Brian Moen will celebrate the Mass and burial will be in St. Michael’s Catholic Cemetery. A Wake will be held at St. Michael’s Recreation Center on Friday beginning at 6:00 p.m. with a Prayer Service at 8:00 p.m. The procession to St. Michael’s Recreation Center will leave at 5:00 p.m. from Spirit Lake Casino on Friday, October 15, 2010. Dustin Anthony Dauphinais was born on June 21, 2008 at Mercy Hospital, Devils Lake, ND the loving son of Pete Dauphinais Sr. and Kelsey Lohnes. He lived with his family at St. Michael, ND. Dustin was always a happy, smiling little boy with big dimples and sparkling eyes. He loved to tease even at this young age. He was his Daddy’s “love bug” and his grandpa’s “Bobby”. Dustin’s time with us was much too short, but his life touched so many in such a special way. Our love and our memories of Dustin will be in our hearts forever. Dustin is survived by his loving parents, Pete and Kelsey; sisters Lakeisha Lohnes, Ester Dauphinais and Journey Dauphinais; brothers Randall Lohnes, Pete Dauphinais Jr. and Casen Dauphinais; grandparents Brenda and Kenneth Lohnes, Karen Charboneau and James Dauphinais Sr.; great grandparents Delores Lohnes, Sylvia Brownshield, Florence Joshua, Priscilla Cavanaugh, Anthony and Lorraine Charboneau; special aunties, Amanda Joshua, Alexis Lohnes, Larah Dauphinais, Amber Dauphinais and other aunties, Cheri Dauphinais, Tonya Dauphinais, Dacia Dauphinais, Tara Dauphinais, special uncles, Timothy Dauphinais, KJ Lohnes, Joshua Lohnes, Tristen Lohnes, Uncle Philip “Scooter” Lohnes and other uncles, Darrell (Jen) Dauphinais Sr. and James Dauphinais Jr.; special cousins Illiase and Maria Brook; Dustin’s dancing and singing partner, Nicholas and many Great Aunts and Great Uncles and cousins also survive. Dustin was preceded in death by his great grandparents Lawrence Joshua, Richard Lohnes, Pete and Dorothy Dauphinais; aunts Dorothy Dauphinais and Alberta Charboneau; uncles Nicholas Lohnes and Lawrence Joshua Jr.; cousin Billy Eugene Tollefson.
