Jeanette (Herman) Jore, 49 of Devils Lake, ND died on Thursday morning, May 11, 2006 at the Good Samaritan Center, Devils Lake. Funeral Services for Jeanette will be held on Monday, May 15, 2006 at 10:00 a.m. at the Gilbertson Funeral Home Chapel, Devils Lake, ND. Fr. Paul Ruge will officiate and burial will be in St. Joseph’s Catholic Cemetery, Devils Lake, ND. Friends may call at the Gilbertson Funeral Home on Sunday from 3:00 p.m. until 9:00 p.m. with a Prayer Service at 7:00 p.m. led by Deacon Tony McDonald Serving as Casket Bearers for Jeanette will be her brother, Alfred Herman and nephews, Seth Shipley, Levi Shipley, Kelvin Carlson, Todd Dauphinais and Hyllis Dauphinais. Honorary Pallbearers will be the wonderful nurses and nurses’ aides who took care of Jeanette at the Good Samaritan Center. Jeanette was born on December 2, 1956 to Ernest and Beulah (Parisien) Herman at Devils Lake, ND. Jeanette is survived by four children: Jessica Dauphinais, Steven Nyland, Tyann Jore and Dakota Jore. Granddaughter: Jasimine LaFountain Brother: Alfred Herman Sisters: Ernestine Dauphinais Mary Jane (Wayne) Carlson all of Devils Lake Debra Herman, Grand Forks Yvonne Shipley Elsie Herman Shirley Herman Toni Herman all of Devils Lake Brenda Pendergast of Tennessee Many Nieces, Nephews and Cousins also survive. She was preceded in death by her parents; brother, Ernest; sisters, Betty Jager and Lucille Herman.
