Mary was united in marriage to Leon Timboe on September 23, 1947 at Devils Lake. She worked as a cook in various restaurants and worked for 16 years at Del’s Drive Inn. She spent her life as a devoted wife, mother and grandmother raising her family with unending love and such pride in all their accomplishments. Mary had that same compassion, kindness and caring for anyone in need of a helping hand. If Mary’s heart could be manifested into something visible on the outside, it would be in the form of all the beautiful flowers she and Leon would grow and nurture every summer. The flower gardens brought beauty to the whole neighborhood. Mary enjoyed music, watching TV, especially the first Soap Operas, Lawrence Welk and Saturday Night Live in the early years. She loved the outdoors and time with the family, taking the grandchildren to the park and to the School for the Deaf to feed the ducks. Mary will be greatly missed, but her love and beauty will shine forth in every blooming flower and her love will be forever in our hearts. Mary is survived by her loving family.
