Anna Marie Bachmeier

Anna Marie Bachmeier, 85 of Devils Lake passed away on Thursday, March 2, 2023 at Sanford Medical Center in Fargo ND.

Anna Marie Jager was born on October 1, 1937 to Fred and Rose (Schiele) Jager in Devils Lake ND. She grew up on the family farm, northeast of Devils Lake and attended the Ontario Township School. 

Anna Marie was such a kind and loving soul. She loved to laugh and have fun. She liked to go to the Spirit Lake Casino and also playing pinochle, doing word find puzzles and talking on the phone. She loved her family with all her heart.

Anna Marie is survived by her daughter Laurie (Damon) Feland; step grandson Cody Feland; 3 granddaughters Melinda Elston and her children Dave and Shaylei Elston, Kyler Causer, Braxton and Jaxton Ellison; Dalise Bachmeier and her children Davyion, Xavier, Kaila and Kamila: Samantha Bachmeier and her children Jaydon, Alayzia, Josh Jr. and Amiyah; nieces Janelle (Kent) Stevens and Ronette (Jamie) Orness and their children JayDee, Robert and Jamie.

Anna was welcomed to her heavenly home by her Lord, her parents, sons Jim Bachmeier, Randy Bachmeier and Dale Bachmeier, brothers Kenny Jager and Jerry Jager, sister Carol Reed, grandson Blake Bachmeier, nephews Keith Jager and Fredrick Jager, sister-in-law Betty Jager.

Anna Marie is in the care of the Gilbertson Funeral Home. No services planned at this time.
