Jerrad L. Duhamel

Jerrad L. Duhamel, 45 of Devils Lake ND passed away on Wednesday, March 26, 2025.

There will be a gathering of family and friends at the Gilbertson Funeral Home, Devils Lake on Sunday, April 6, 2025 beginning at 1:00 p.m. with a Funeral Service at 2:30 p.m. A time of fellowship will follow at the KC Hall with burial in the Devils Lake Cemetery at a later date.

Please dress casually, which is just what Jerrad would want!

Jerrad, son of Lanny and Rebecca (Mertens) Duhamel was born on October 17, 1979 in Devils Lake ND. He called Devils Lake home his entire short life. He attended Prairie View elementary school and graduated from Devils Lake High School with the class of 1998. He participated in wrestling and baseball and went to the National Competition several times as a member of DECA.

After graduating he attended Lake Region Junior College and earned his Liberal Arts degree and then enrolled at UND. While at Lake Region College he continued active in DECA.

Jerrad worked a variety of jobs including “The Ranch”, “The Cove”, UPS, WalMart and was now working on the REM team.

Jerrad was an avid WWE wrestling fan, and Minnesota Vikings fan. He was a talented video gamer and loved to fish. He had such a big heart for his special cats Charlie and Bailey.

Jerrad was a good friend to many and still had several high school friends he truly enjoyed spending time with.

Our precious Jerrad, forever loved, forever missed, forever in our hearts.

Jerrad’s loving family include his parents Lanny and Becky of Devils Lake; brother Jason Duhamel (fiancé Kristina Weber) and sister Breanne Duhamel (Travis Sand) all of Devils Lake; nieces and nephews John, Chase and Ashlyn Weber, Beckham Sand and Jordan Hunt; many dear aunts, uncles and cousins.

He was preceded in death by his grandparents and other beloved family.
