Services for Sandy will be on Saturday, January 25th, 2025 at 1:00 p.m. at Park Manor Community Room, 715 13th Avenue NE, Devils Lake, ND

Sandra Ann “Sandy” Wack, passed away on Saturday, January 11, 2025 at her home with loving family at her side. She was 57 years of age.

Sandra was born on February 9, 1967, the daughter of Lawrence and Marjorie (Bellomy) Lowery. She was born in Lancaster, Ohio, lived there for awhile then moved to Phoenix, Arizona where she was raised and educated, graduating from Central High School in Arizona.

Sandy then went to work for Arby’s, working there for many years. She then met and married Jeff Wack and they were the proud parents of two daughter Megan and MaKenzie. A few years after that she worked at Squaw Peck Hilton resort as a ballroom server.

In 2007, Sandy and her family moved to North Dakota and established their home in Devils Lake. Sandy enjoyed gardening and shared the things she grew. She enjoyed family time, especially doing spontaneous things with her daughters. Her loving heart and kind soul was contagious. You couldn’t be in a bad mood with her even if you tried. Words on a sheet of paper could never be enough to describe how extra ordinary she was.

On January 11th, 2025, Sandy was welcomed to Heaven by her mother and father with open arms.

Sandy is survived by her loving family. Her daughters MaKenzie Wack and Megan Wack; father of the children Jeff Wack; siblings Robin Buskirk, Daug Lawery, Stephen Lowery, Victor Lowery and Scott Lowery; many nieces and nephews; dear best friends Debbie Pluff and Dawn Moris. 

Services are pending for Park Manor Community Center in Devils Lake.
