Wambli was born on August 18, 1992 at Devils Lake, the son of Valerie Yankton and Lawrence Bull. He grew up in Fort Totten and graduated from Four Winds High School with the class of 2010. He loved playing basketball and was a member of the Four Winds Boys 2009-2010 basketball team that were the District and Regional Champions that year.
Wambli was always a good employee and worked at various jobs in the region, including Dakota Dry Beans and Dakota Tree Service. He lived and worked in Fargo for a few years and at the present time was making his home in Grand Forks. Wambli really enjoyed cooking for his family and playing online video games with his friends.
Wambli never had children of his own but loved and cherished his nieces and nephews with all his heart. He loved to tease and told his family many times, “I would love to babysit the kids for a buck or snack”. He always had a quick wit and just a fun sense of humor.
